    Les mèches de toupie sont dotées du carbure dur A-MAX, une exclusivité Amana Tool®, pour une plus grande longévité de l'outil.      

    Mèches de toupie à pointe en carbure (sauf si elles sont indiquées comme étant à pointe en carbure solide).  

    Lors du choix d'une fraise à plongée droite pour une application donnée, il convient de toujours sélectionner une fraise dont les arêtes de coupe sont les plus courtes et dont la longueur totale est la plus faible possible pour atteindre la profondeur de coupe requise. Une longueur excessive intensifie la déflexion et les vibrations, ce qui dégrade la qualité de la coupe et entraîne la casse de l'outil.

    • Conception géométrique supérieure
    • Technologie de broyage avancée qui améliore la résistance des carbures à l'usure 
    • Des coupes très nettes
    • Pointe en carbure (sauf indication contraire)
    • Utilisez un foret à deux goujures lorsque la finesse de la finition est primordiale. Les deux goujures équilibrent le trépan, éliminant les vibrations qui dégradent la finition de la coupe. Deux coupes par tour permettent d'obtenir une surface lisse, mais la vitesse d'avance est légèrement réduite.
